When I first started blogging as a total newbie in the world of online marketing, I spent months pouring my heart and soul into useless ebooks and online courses, hoping things would take off.

How popular is the product?
There are plenty of high paying affiliate programs out there with products that look promising, but the end result is that you end up making no money.
The first mistake beginning online marketers make is that they don’t research the products they want to promote thoroughly. Research the quality of the product before you even begin to think about promoting it. Check out their website. Read online reviews. Google search their brand name, etc…

The ClickFunnels Affiliate Program is very popular with affiliate marketers because it pays a generous commission of 40% monthly recurring, payable weekly after the 30 day refund period as long as there is a minimum of $50 earned.
Perhaps you’ve heard about SEMRush. SEMrush is an all-in-one marketing toolkit for digital marketing professionals. They offer a wide range of features from technical SEO audits to rank tracking and competitor intelligence.
